• Marine Peace

Assisted an individual marine activist to form a (not-for-profit) entity; developed procedures for organizational work; raised sponsorships to cover over-head and administrative costs for the entity; chalked out annual program for the entity, Marine Peace, and assisted them in design, planning & execution stage of their flagship event ‘Discover Marine Pakistan’ – an annual event that is held in sync with Karachi’s only off-shore sport-fishing tournament.

• Vocational Training Centre

Gap analysis on the existing state of vocational training centre for skilled and un-skilled manpower of the textile sector; designed and conducted questionnaires to assess and evaluate the state of existing VTC and the need for specific skills that need to be taught as felt by the textile industry. Prepared and submitted a feasibility report to client including quantitative and qualitative compilation of survey, recommendations for establishing a state of the art VTI and marketing plan.

• Rural Nutritional Survey

 Designed a survey questionnaire for CSR project of a corporate client; conducted focus group and interviews to collect data; quantitative and qualitative analysis of data collected; compiled report for client that will feed into

• Gender Interactive Alliance

Establishing structures, procedures and literature for not-for-profit entity working to safeguard the rights of the transgendered community in Sindh and Pakistan. Facilitate fund generation by targeted marketing of international grants & aid as well as development budget of the private sector.

• NOWPDP

Design, develop and execute sessions for attitudinal re-alignment of organizational workforce to enable co-option of people with disabilities. Proposed advocacy of structural re-engineering of infrastructure for better facilitation of Physically Disabled People.
